Our Process
Consultation
Our team will visit your site to assess your needs. Together, we will create a cleaning and site safety plan and determine the necessary hours. We will also explore any extra services that could be beneficial to you.
Deep Clean
Our team will arrive as scheduled and work according to the agreed plan until the job is done. Our supervisors oversee the cleaning teams to ensure the plan meets your needs, and we can make adjustments to accommodate any extra requirements.
Site Clearance
Once the cleaning is done, we will get in touch with you for a final inspection and approval. If you’re satisfied, our team will leave the site, complete any necessary paperwork, and clear away any bulky waste as part of the cleaning process.
Your Investment
Cost Estimate
Per any consultations, we will determine the pricing for each site clean we take on. If at any time a client feels this needs amending or would like to add additional services, they only need to let us know.
Pricing
$0.25 – $0.50/ft² (or hourly rates for smaller jobs)
Services are invoiced at the end of the month and due by the 14th of the following month. Cancellation requires thirty days notice by either party. Refer to our Terms of Service for further details.

This sends the request for an initial consultation where our associates will gather details needed before a cleaning.
