Scope of Services

Our post-construction cleaning services include, but are not limited to, dirt and debris removal, dusting, window washing (interior, exterior), and floor cleaning. We will provide a detailed scope of work for each project, outlining the specific services to be performed.

Payment

Our fees for post-construction cleaning services are based on the size and complexity of the project. We will provide a detailed estimate for each project, outlining the services to be performed and the associated costs. Payment is due no later than thirty days upon completion of the project, unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellation

If a client needs to cancel a project, they should notify the Project Manager as soon as possible. If we have already begun work on the project, clients will be responsible for payment for the services performed up to the time of cancellation.

Access to Property

The client agrees to provide us with access to the property at the scheduled time and to ensure that the property is accessible and safe for our employees. The client is responsible for securing any pets and valuable items during the cleaning process.

Liability

We will take reasonable care to avoid damaging any property during the cleaning process. However, we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by unavoidable circumstances, such as the nature of the construction materials or the layout of the property.

Confidentiality

We will treat all information about client property as confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without prior consent.

Governing Law

These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Minnesota.
